Therapy

People of every kind find themselves in need of someone to listen, to offer perspective, to restore regard, and to help loosen the tightness in their chests. The Clinic @ The Montgomery is here to help. Whether you are an individual, a couple, a family, a business, a non-profit board, a church, or another organization, you are welcome here.

Our goal is for you to strengthen relationships, to enjoy the gift of your life, and to find the help you think you need...in you.

Coaching

Whether it is in life or our professional work, we sometimes need someone to help us set, reach, or maintain goals.  Life is a journey that requires us to adapt and change accordingly.  Coaching helps us to do that through continuously growing and developing new skills in emotional intelligence.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Sometimes people ask, "Is therapy confidential?" The answer? Yes!

And the same is true for coaching.

The law protects the relationship between a client and a mental/behavioral health professional, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

While there are exceptions, particularly when there is suspected or disclosed abuse, injury, or harm, unless prohibited by law, all therapy is strictly confidential.

 GIVE YOURSELF THIS GIFT

Therapy and coaching are a gift for anyone who is interested in giving to and getting the most out of life by becoming informed, taking responsibility, creating greater self-awareness, changing how they think and working to change themselves to help improve their relationships and their lives.
